I have OEM with some bs aftermarket pads up front.
Upgrading: I just bought some SOS lines and Stoptech slotted rotors. Haven't decided on my pads yet. Looking at Hawk, Carbotech, Ferrodo and Winmax.

I'm running carbotech pads on stock blanks. XP10 in the front and xp8 in the rear. I did this after trying a few pad and rotor choices and I will probably never change back. Brake bite is great even cold but the modulation they have is on another level completely. I can literally change my rotation on decel with the pedal and it just feels so natural.
They do squeek and squeel sometimes when they are super cold though.

StopTech 328x28 Front with Urge 2-piece Rear. After 12+ track days, it looks like i have over 2/3rds pad material left.
I used to run OEM rotors with xp10/8 F/R combo. Rotors would crack after 3-4 track days and pads would be at or on the backing plates.

Silly poll, without knowing users usage. If they are street only, there is no need for aftermarket. So are they 100% track, part time track, how hard are they on brakes? That is what really matters if brakes are suitable for any given poll voter.

Track only besides driving to the track and occasional weekend drives.
Fronts
Stoptech Trophy Kit
Winmax W6 pads
I use to have to change pads every 4 track days with OEM calipers and Spoon Calipers. I'm on 7 days and the front pads still look new.
Rear
Urge Flow rear rotors
Winmax W6 pads
I replaced the OEM rotors with these before I got the Stoptechs on the fronts. I definitely felt a difference with these rotors. Felt like the rear brakes are actually working now. Temps on the rotors dropped from almost 600F to about 450F. Pad life increased to about 7+days from 5days
I suck at writing reviews but I guess the bottom line is I f**k'n love my brake setup now.

Hawk DT-60 Front Pads
Hawk HP+ Rear Pads
Urge Vented Rear Rotors
Setup works fine for me, but the tracks I run are momentum friendly.
