Oh danny boy

Now I have a new problem and that is a ratcheting brake pedal at low speed at the bottom of the pedal. This happened to me previously when I replaced all the bushings and ball joints about a year ago and the Honda dealer at Ft. Rucker AL reset the ABS and it went away well now the ABS light isn’t on but still does it. I’m thinking maybe air in the ABS module but I bled the nuts out of the brakes so any advice would help ? Thank you
