It's always the rios.
What gaudy changes? The car is almost completely stripped, there are almost no parts left to be non-factory, is there some before picture I'm missing. I see a mismatched trunk which was almost certainly on the car before the wreck and some ugly chrome AP2 wheels, which I'm guessing were mounted when the car was stripped.
