S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

I see several S2000's and one CR registered. Anyone from S2ki?

I didn't have the money and couldn't get the day off for this event.

I just got my CR and this seemed like a good way to learn how to drive it... next time I guess.

Has anyone attended one of these sessions before?

Was it worth the investment?

It's not top secret if you typed it out in the forums...

If anyone needs instructors at tracks like Laguna or Infineon let me know. Used to room with a pro driver, and worked with a few others that are my age back when I used to work in Speed World Challenge and ALMS.

Where were you a few weeks ago when we were at Laguna?

In sunny hot AZ

Both of my friends are located on the east coast, but I am sure they have some good contacts out west. Or if they are racing out west, they might be able to stay out there and meet up for a track day. The one guy is a past Spec Miata Champ, and has won Spec Miata races a few times from pole at Laguna, so he knows how to drive a "slow" car fast!

They both were just at Laguna this past weekend with the Grand-Am race.

On a side note, I got goaded into the AutoX school. If I'm magically fast, I'll forever be talking smack
