S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

Also really liking the side strakes. Never cared for them much on regular S2ks and never seen one on a CR. It matches the front lip perfectly. I'm thinking I may actually pick some up this summer...
Do you have more pics from different angles?

I always wondered how the side strakes would look on the CR. Thanks for the pic. They look right at home. However, I've heard of them falling off and a biatch to install. I saw an instruction on how to install them, and looks like a 3 hour job.

At nearly four hundred dollars with shipping they are pricey. I have them on my 2007 and have never had an issue with them. I also have a set for the CR, but other than test fitting them with 3M tape I'm torn on whether to permanently mount them.

This is an email I received when I inquired about the side strakes from good friend/manager of the parts dept at my Honda dealership;

"08F04-S2A-1Q3F /STARKES, SIDE *B554P* Apex Blue Pearl, looks like 2008-2009....retail price is $480.40, your price should be $370.60, only 5 of these items left, not even sure where it would ship from, so probably at least a week out."

Yea I bought it for 200 off the member here and it was already gpw

It took me a long time to come across to gpw one
Mine is there with some factory hardware screws( no drill required) and industrial 3M tape and it's very stable !

The cheapest price I've seen of late for the strakes.

+1 really those side-strakes! Been looking for a set of those or Veilside for mine.

I just noticed your window trim is black so it matches the black hardtop so nicely - mine is white for some reason...is that a CR thing or mine is an odd-ball?

CR's have the windshield tape so that it will blend better with the hardtop, 08 and 09's normal s2000's do not have the tape and have body colored windshield frames

Yep, All other s2000's had it factory too until 2008 when Honda switched to have it removed on all non CR model s2000's.
