S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

I would have gotten the RE-11's if I didn't get such a good deal on my RE070's
why would AD07's be a better? aren't they being phased out due to the newer AD08's?
I would get a set of AD08's if I got aftermarket wheels

AD08 is calling my name...
Are we in for another tire review? I love how you test, review, and post pictures. I dont go through tires as fast as you so its nice to know how each do on an s2000 on a track.
Yup... looks like AD08's are next.

I'm not gonna bother finishing the Federals; they're great street tires (possibly better for street than the others) but I need something I can track, and the federals are not those.

Shameless self plug: The Federal 595RS-R are for sale. ~1000 street miles and 7 track sessions on them. None of the sessions were full sessions because I came off early every session. Over 80% tread left on the rears, over 85% on the fronts.

I had RE-11's. They were great tires. I went to the Dunlop Star Spec's. The two are pretty close to equal in handling and road noise. From the limited amount of driving I've had to do in the rain, they seem pretty much equal there as well.

Do you have the 265's on the stock CR wheels? How do they look?

I'm currently on RE-11, courtesy of a local S2ki member and the bridgestone rebate.

See sig for review. It's raining, and, they're awesome.
