The 10" looks like a decent driver if you put it in a smaller box.

From a non technical aspect, our local stereo guru, Rollingaudio, had both boxes which he sampled for us. Personally I thought the one 10 sounded more deep and throaty. The bass was better than the 2 8's box he had IMO.

This is what I came up with for that sub after getting all the info on it.

Data Input:
Speaker's Resonant Frequency (fs) = 30 Hertz
Qes = 0.3
Qts = 0.271
Qtc = 0.707
Vas = 3.108 Ft

Doesn't sound right to me.

Have you changed drivers? The specs you just listed don't match what you had before (which I just confirmed from the RF site).

It's the same RFD2210 driver.

Rockford's site didn't have Qes so I got it from this site.

http://www.discountjungle.net/rocfosrfd12p.html

It looks like all their values are wrong. This is annoying. I may give rockford a call and get the correct values for this driver.

If I use these values from the RF Site
Vas - .99
Fs - 30
Qts - .41
Qes - 0.44 (from that jungle site)

I get a volume of 0.5016 ft
