The sub box in the group buy will work perfect for that sub(MM2104 or MM2104DVC).

Polk recommends .66 cubic feet hmmm.......

I wonder is I should be picky over .04 cubic feet ??

This must also explain the reason why their is shaped like a wedge of cheese.

I think instead of worrying about size, you need to consider if it fits the space depending on your application first.

Doesn't matter if a 12" sub produces more output if it don't fit where you want it to go!

In my case I wanted to only use space in a the left rear trunk and that meant squeezing a JL 10w6 is the most I can do so that is the sub I used.

Having a 12" sub that doesn't fit won't do you any good - I used to have a 12" JL sub in the tire well so if that's your goal than it's an easy fit.

good luck

single 12" is sweet...I did that for my last two setups..but I had plenty of trunk space for a single 12"

Like everyone else is saying, see what you can sacrifice in trunk space for the 10 or 12. Will you notice a huge difference in bass in terms of loudness and the lower frequencies? Probably not.

and make sure you have enough amp to power whatever you choose.

Just get yourself the 10"... then ship it to us and we'll set you up with a nice box for it

You don't need a 12" sub in an S2000.
i got and more then happy with the box.
