so i'm throwing 2 12's in the trunk this weekend. i got 2 12 inch rockford HX2 powers good for 2000 watts max each. gonna use the little write up in the forum and fiberglass a box for them this weekend. wish me luck...

Up grade components, dynamat everything, and say good by to trunk space. We might do 2 12's in my girls S. Post pics when your done.

The shop I work for did this Scion that was at Spring break. You have a pic of it. They won 5th place in sound quality.

ya, components are all upgraded and i put bquiet throughout the whole car except the driver side cause i ran out. i had a big problem with talkign on the cell phone on the highway till i put in the sound material. love the difference. i'm still looking for a 4 channel amp if anyone has one to let go

 

That looks really nice!

However, (remember, I had type Rs)....they are nothing compared to HX2s. I put 2 of them in a 540 once, and they could rattle your teeth out.
