Default 2-pin connector under driver's seat in MY04?

I took my driver's seat out and there was a 2-pin connector connected to the seat and routed through the carpet slit. The wire colors are black, and blue/red. Anyone know what this is for? I thought it was for the headrest speaker, but there's nothing on the passenger side, and there's nothing connected on the factory-installed 4-pin rear speaker connector under the dash.

seatbelt fastened light.

there should be a plug on the bottom of the seat that matches it.
