2 point touch immobiliser

2 point touch immobiliser
Hi guys 
When i bought my car it had a 2 point touch immobiliser.
I had to touch a screw underneath the steering column & the metal part of the key whilst its in the barrel and then i can start the car.
This is really annoying as sometimes i forget then the horn starts going off repeatedly & the car is immobilised.
Does anyone know how to disconnect it??
