Default 6 1/2" speaker recommendation

Hello all.
I'm looking to upgrade the stock 6 1/2"s and maybe add a small amp.
I am looking for a recommendation for some really good component speakers or just regular (coax) speakers.
When I try to configure the S on Crutchfield, only 1 or 2 speakers show as fitting my vehicle, and they don't seem very good.

It's a 2001.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
H

Infinity Perfect 6 1/2" system for example.
Shows won't fit but can I get it to?
Is it really good?

I'm very happy with the Kenwood componet speakers I installed with the MTX amp. It really rocks now!

Infinity Kappa Perfect 6 1/2" will fit with minor modification: Cut off the back of the stock speaker basket, but keep the ring so that you can install the Perfect to that ring. If you take a look at the speaker basket, you will see that the top half is solid but the botoom half is slotted, it is that way to protect speakers from water damaged, and the slots are there for air circulation. You may want to buy XTC speaker baffle 6.5" short (not long) from cruthfield and cut the bottom 1/3 to 1/2 for wiring and for air circulation.

The Kappa Perfect sounds very good for the money, you can buy better speakers but you will pay a lot more than the Perfect. It is recommended to amp these Perfects, otherwise they do not sound as good with stock HU.

i have the Boston Acoustics Pro Series they are really nice speakers, you can just add a lot of power and they sound better when you do.

Bostons, Perfects, Focals, are the top 3 in my book.
