hey guys

just installed a 9835 and i have read the manual inside and out - is there anyway to change the clock from a 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock??


i know dave - the 9835 is crap

I could have sworn mine was 12 hour. I'm going down to my car and check it out. I will get back to you.

 

I just checked and you are right. I looked at the clock and calendar settings to see if there was a way to change it and could not find anything. Alpine probably went this way so they wouldn't have to have AM and PM. It probably saved a little programming time. Although it maybe there and I've just not found it. Then again I don't even have the clock on my display as most of the time my radio door is closed.

 

Thanks Jim did some seraching and it seems they 24 hour clock is the only option (strange)
