Apline 9813 headunit - bass settings
i have an alpine 9813 and ive been messing with the settings but am not able to see where you can change the level of bass, tremble...etc.
you can change these settings on every radio but it doesnt make sense that i cant change this on my headunit (which was one of the higher models when it came out).
can anyone confirm if this headunit has the capabilities to do so?

FWIW, Alpine (and some other manufacturers) are really good about
putting owner's manuals, even for old models, on line:
http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/support/su...elname=cda-9813
EDIT:
oops, spoke too soon, that file is actually something else, even though they
say it's an owners manual. maybe they're not so good after all!

Use menu button. not the mode button.
It is on the lower left side, it has a metallic not a plastic sheen. Keep pressing it until you get to the Bass and Treble submenus. This setting allow you to alter individual frequencies with the bands.
There is also the basic setting, trebel and bass settings.
This is available by pressing the volume dial. It clicks and the display changes to bass, treble, and subwoofer, etc.
If you can't find it online at Alpine's site.
Try crutchfield, they usually have a submenu with the manual available for pdf download. Very, very handy.
