Default Adding Motion Sensor
This is an old thread but has anybody tried adding the motion sensor
to the factory alarm by wiring it into the shock senor?

Yeah thats how my motion sensor is running now.. from the same channel that the shock sensor uses.
works 100%..

So would that work with a DEI 508 motion sensor?

I wasn't able to located the factory hood sensor, what does that look like?
