Default Adding Non-matched Tweeters?

I know this isn't the best way to go but I wanted to add a set of tweeters to my existing Boston Acoustic 2-way speakers. When I bought the car, I just wanted to replace the stock speakers and didn't want to cut into my car (MY01) for tweeters. Now, I'm having buyers regret and wishing I had tweeters to help with top down driving. If I bought a Neo 5t System or an MB quartz tweeters, would this work or is it going to sound like crap?

If you do not have an amplifier then that's what you need. If you don't want an amlifier I'd suggest Lucid's rear speakers for more volume with the top down.

If you really want a tweeter, I would suggest looking at the component speakers that Boston Acoustics sells and then check if you can buy just the tweeter seperately. If not then just buy any decent tweeter, I know focal sells their tweeters seperately.

Where are you going to install it and how are you going to hook it up?

This was the non-drilling solution for my old CDT tweeters before they were stolen:

Four holes drilled into the housing and then basically tied to the grill in the door. I have Focal TN45 tweeters now and they're mounted the same way...
