Back from the dead, i purchased a set of AP2 tweeter grills to fit onto my 00 ap1 door cards, and i was wondering, does anyone has/made a template for the cut outs?

Just make a cardboard template and trace it to the panel. I put tweeters, that came with my Polk DB6501, in front of the interior door handles. I just kept trimming the hole larger until the tweeters fit in nicely. I just did everything by eye and it fit perfectly.
