Default AEM infinity minimum cranking speed?

edit - I meant to put this in the engine management section. Mods feel free to move this.

Hey guys,

Kind of a random question. I went to start my car the other day and got a crank no start condition. I noticed the Sync State variable never went true, so that told me it was crank/cam sensor related.

The car cranked pretty slow since it had been sitting for a few weeks in a cold garage. I ended up killing the battery trying to figure it out and went and picked up a trickle charger for the winter time as the battery is only a couple years old. Well the car started fine after the battery was fully charged so it seems there is a minimum crank speed for engine to fire. The factory ecu would have started just fine with the same circumstances. I suppose the obvious solution would just be to keep the battery fully charged, but it still has me wondering.

So my questions are-

1. Has anyone else ran into this problem?
2. Is there a setting in the AEM infinity that can adjust this? I'm guessing since my 2004 has magnetic pickup cam sensors that the voltage level just wasn't high enough to trigger a reading (peak voltage will be proportional to rpm).
3. Is it possible to view the actual cam /crank signals in the aem software? I hooked my oscilloscope to the sensors and saw they were outputting a voltage, but it would be a lot easier to just view it in the AEM software. It seems to log everything but I couldn't find an option for the cam/crank sensors.
