Since all cars have differant 02 sensors, if you used another cars 02 sensor for the reading would it still send the same reading? If both were 3 wire? Or say if you used two computers but they both wanted an 02 reading could the car use one for both?

 

No.

They Are model and application specific. There is also more than one type of sensor with different Voltage vs Current outputs.
