when changing from the oem deck to the alpine cda-9845, do you need any other adapters , etc. to use the dash controls. I have done searches but from what i have found the new 05' models from alpine dont require anything else. But, I wanted to make sure.

 

I think you still need an interface. I think the 05 models are wheel control "ready" which means that they will accept them. Check out modifry's new wired DCI for Alpine. He would also be able to answer your questions, just post in that thread, or email him.
