I just did the install and it works fine but I will say I ordered the alpine unit that comes with the 250 BT module and found out the hard way that is not a Bluetooth audio module. Only the alpine 400 is.

A bit late for you but the "easy" way is to look for A2DP on the manufacturer's site.

Did you ever work out how to connect the bluetooth power wires to the the PnP adapter? Do you simply splice the wires in and are they colour coded the same?
