I have the MRVF345, and I like it alot. Very compact and it meets your power requirements very well. In 3 way mode it gives 75w x 2 to the front channels and 300w x 1 to a sub. Plus it looks cool.

It will....but it will have to be mounted diagonally across the area.

Dang that big huh? tonite im gonna run new speaker wires to se if i can fix my problem ones and for all (mine wires are kinda old) if not, then new amp here i come!
oh quick question, i asked this before in another thread; but does anybody knows if it would be a bad idea to place the front components crossovers in the trunk maybe on the left fender wel or close to the amp somewhere? would i loose sound quality by separating the cross over from the actual speakers? thanks a lot for the feed back

I had my crossovers mounted this way in my last car (next to the amp) and it sounded great; no audible difference from when they were mounted in the doors.

My crossovers are in the trunk behind my amp board - no noticable sound problems, but it is more wire.

Nope...youll be fine. I have my door speaker crossovers in the trunk.
