Check out what Alphasonik has to offer. If you find one you like Kinetic (darkknight1999) has some amazing prices on those amps. I'm going to use their 5-channel PMA5753A: 75 Watts x 4 @ 4Ω Stereo and & 260 Watts x 1 @ 4Ω Mono. I have Infinity Perfect 6.1 components in the doors, Infinity Reference 5010 components to go in S-pods, and an Infinity 10.1 sub to go in the tool well. I was going to to with the Alpine PDX amps to match my Alpine head unit, but couldn't find a deal on them like I did the Alphasonik.

Also, under-powering speakers too far can be as bad as giving them too much power. Some good articles on Crutchfield about that topic.

I searched and read the F&Q....I have a few more questions...

Help me visualize.

For installing a new HU, amp, wires and components.

A power wire runs from the battery to the amp.
Speaker wire runs from the amp to the speakers.
Rca wire runs from the HU to the amp.
Correct?

Would there be any reason for me to avoid running the power wire in the center console area? (where some run speaker wires)

Can I run the rca wire w/ the power wire?

How much clearance is under the passenger seat? (where I want the amp)

Thanks.

Yes, you're right about which wires go to/from which component.
You want to separate the amp power wire from the RCAs and speaker wires
because the high current can induce noise in those signal-carrying wires.
You can run the RCAs and speaker wires together, though, as long as
you use good quality (well-shielded) RCAs.
Even if you're running the RCAs & speaker wires elsewhere, I wouldn't
run the amp power wire down the center console because:
a) there's no good reason to - it's not the most direct path
b) you'll be bringing it right by the headunit and can induce noise there.

Kappas, 60.7 components. I'd recommend atleast a 75x2 RMS
What would be a maximum recommendation...I don't want to blow those bastards up.
