Too many options!!! My main basic goal is to be able to hear it clearly with the top down.

Then get a powerful 4 channel, or else you might be in for the dreaded NFR famous "I told you so."

One more question, how do I get in touch with "Go Fast Lab"? I emailed them a couple of days ago about the dci and I have not received a response.

JL 300/4

doesn't sound like alot of power...but with JL amps they are rated very close to what they put out...not like a jensen 20923490 watt amp.....

No need to go to extremes. I agree about the BS companies, and BS ratings, but the major players all put out what they advertise, some put out even more.

I think no one who has heard my car locally will dispute the sound is too soft as I love to blast my music and my top is always down

I use a simple 4 channel Alpine PDX 4x150watt amp and it's simply awesome - no one needs more power!

About the quality.
About putting that level of equipment in an s2000. Its just too noisy to hear the difference.
