At this time I'm very pleased with there customer service.

 

You know....It sounds like I work for soundstream again.....

But many times have I had to deal with customer service, JL is an example, that I had routine question, and they werent helpful at all, and not very nice. Sometimes I rather have a good product with EXCELLENT service behind it, than a great product with a bunch of A holes behind it. Gives you that extra sense of security that you know when something happens, youll be well taken care of.

The story with JL. I was confused about something with wiring....so I called them up, and they didnt want to help me because the amp was not purchased from an authorized dealer. WTF, does it matter where I bought it if I need some help???

Audiobahn, while many dont like them....I like their products. Ive had 0 problems with it for the last 9 months that I have owned it, (although I thought I did)....they offered to replace it, without hesitation, sent me free brackets that I broke by being an idiot, and were willing to help me in every way. Good customer service is more important to me than almost everything else....if a company wont stand behind their product, who will?
