Anyone had contact w/ Lucid recently?
I ordered speaker adapters back on 6/25 and I am yet to get anything and my emails go unanswered.
His website says the adapters should have shipped on or about the first.

I ordered some several weeks ago too. It took about three weeks to get them. I did get a response from someone over there (after I e-mailed them for status) but it was not lucid himself.
I had sent lucif a question I had on some speakers I bought from him (that I am having a lot of trouble fitting) and have not recieved a response at all.

Lucid has not been as responsive as they have been in the past based on my recent experience and other posts I've seen. Although they did respond to my emails, they were not as quick about it and sometimes they answer was incomplete. However, they did answer questions concerning my order and I received my DCI about 10 days after placing the order
My advice:
If relates to and order --- keep emailing them!
If it's a technical question, post in this forum. I found the advice given her much quicker and more complete.
To be honest, I worry that Lucid will start to loose business based on recent posts concerning their customer service level.

I send Lucid Automotive an Email last night. Based upon my perception of his web site, it appears he is liquidating his inventory. I'm not sure if he is planning to slowly go out of business or what. If I get an answer from him, I will share it with you.

and don't get me wrong...not trying to harsh on him...but a simple sentence on his home page...ie "Im sick, so orders will be delayed" would go a long way.....
