Default Anyone Install Polk DXi6500 ?

Polk DXi6500's are on sale at our local BB ($150). They seem to be nearly identical to DB6501's but on the Polk website they are $40 higher msrp ($240). Other than the grill dimension (which is not used, right?) they look to be the same size.

Has anyone here installed DXi6500's? If so what do you think? I would be installing them in a 2005.

I did a comparison on several different speakers. I just looked at the numbers without knowing what brand of speaker they were. The best numbers were for the Polk db6501s and DXi6500s...identical exc. the DXi6500s were just a bit deeper speaker. When reading reviews it seems like a good number of S2K owners install db6501s, not only because of sound quality, but also because of ease of installation...no adjustments to the speaker basket are required. While a bit of adjustment may be required to the speaker basket if you go with the DXi6500s, I don't think you could go wrong with either one.
