Why don't you just use the old wire to pull the new wire through?
It runs from the headunit to the speaker so it shouldn't be hard to trace.

If you can't get the wires in the door PM I can give you a few other pointers.

One good tip that makes this job a ton easier is to use an extra long industrial ziptie as your snake, pre-attach the wire you want to feed to one end, don't make the tape job too thick, lube the wire, and get someone with small hands to feed it in while the other person giggers the rubber door piece and feels for the snake to come through.
Solo it took me 45 minutes to do the first door. With my wifes help the second door took 8 minutes if you include the time it took me to prep the snake.

Just be careful with a coat hanger... that pointy end might cut one of the wires in the door harness. I suggest using a short wire pull snake, with the end folded over and taped. You can start the hole with the sharp end of the snake to make a hole in the rubber seal, then flip it over and use the folded side to snake into the door. Spray the snake with a very light coat of Teflon spray (or something no corrosive (no WD-40)) Then on the side the snake is folded over you have a small loop. Strip the wire back and run it through the loop and twist back around itself then tape it up and pull it through.
I know this sounds like a lot but most of this is not for the wire your trying to push in, but to protect the wiring it the harness.

Might I suggest doing the passenger door first. There's less in the way, so it's easier. Then move to the more difficult drivers side.
I used a piece of 12AWG solid house wire to get thru the rubber hose.
And I swore alot. That helps.
