OK. The unit is in, and it works very well so far. The neat thing is that there is only one wire to play and charge the Ipod.

A word of advice, you can ditch your OEM head unit for a new set of Alpine with built in Ipod interface. This would allow to to play MP3s & Ipod (full speed) for less than $200.00 bucks.

I considered doing this, but then I would have had to get that Modifry's DCI thing on top of the headunit.

I think USA Spec is the best. Paid $150 bucks. I have one for sale for $80 =).
