Default anyone try mounting a navi on top of their dash

thinking of taking a slim small nav like a nuvi and using velcro or sticky stuff to mount on top of the radio without cutting. it'll be removable.

thoughts?

Use some insulation tape and some wire ties and install it on the right hand side of the ac/heater vent facing you.
Thats where i installed mine. Best spot i could find.

This is how i mounted mine.. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...0&#entry9057067

I wanna run the power cord under the dash and coming outside next to the vent and connect it so it will never loose power.
But for now i connect the power and run it until i need to recharge it again.
I dont know the diff btwn both.

this phone/palm holder is designed to clip into the driver's side vent to the right of the steering wheel, not too sure the width of the nuvi thought

The diff between nuvi 350 and the 360 is that the 360 comes with bluetooth and is aprox. $100.00 more than the 350.
