i am in a market of upgrading the door speaker and maybe lucid's rear speaker kit too.
just want to hear if anyone here use those speaker for their front door speaker.
i have them in my maxima, and those speakers are incredibile crazy and they are still going strong in my beater. any feed back will be great

I have not used the Lucid equipment. I am installing the Boston Acoustics Z series 6" speaker in the doors.

 

and....just curious...how do they sound when top down?

My friend has focal 2 ways in his Acura, and they are the clearest components I have ever heard. Even when the volume is cranked up, they are extremely clear, nearly no distortion at all. I would say you cant get a better 2 way.
