Bad Radio Reception

Default Bad Radio Reception

Hi, i just install alpine 9887 HU and i am having poor radio(FM) reception. i am using the plug and play harness and i cant find out why i am having bad reception. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Did you plug the antenna in?

The antenna is a powered antenna, make sure you connect the blue wire on your wire harness adaptor.

yes the antenna is plus in. i will check the blue wire when i get off.

It should be a yellow/green wire on the Honda side btw.

Yes which is the blue wire in the aftermarket harness. Don't splice into factory wiring unless you have too.
