Can i fit 6.5 behind the seat or i need 5.25?

I am asking because i want to build a system that i can move to another car after i will sell the S

I bought: Deh 80prs head unit
RF t2652 (100w RMS each) Component for front and i was thinking to buy another set for behind the seat

Next will be the amp and i need a suggestion:

I am looking at 2 RF amps : T800-4ad rated 150wRMSx4 but birth sheet shows 190something
or T1000-4ad rated 250Wr5ms x4 but birth sheet will be around 300wx4

Which amp should i get?
I was thinking to run all 4 speakers on front channels and bridge the rear for sub

Do i need a capacitor?
