Default Blue-Tooth Microphone with TOP DOWN?

Is there a microphone that I can use with my Blue Tooth audio system for my cell phone calls that work well when I'm driving at full freeway speeds with the top down? The one I have now works great at 10mph with the top down, but as soon as I hit the freeway, my caller couldn't hear me at all. Is this a reasonable request?

Mine is currently at the top of the A pillar. GF couldn't hear me at all once I got of the freeway.

I haven't tried it yet, but I was always under the impression that an ideal location for the microphone would be directly in front of the cluster gauge with a foam cover over it. Having foam definitely does it's job of reducing air noise, regardless of whatever technologies that many companies use nowadays (i.e. two mics, noise assassin...)
