Bluetooth Echo
I installed the alpine IDA 305 with the alpine KCE-400BT and i have a Iphone
3G and i have a bad echo. From what ive gathered, the problem is with the iphone
not the head unit or BT. This is a probem with the OS in the iphone. I've found that poeple are having the same problem OEM equipment as well. What im wondering is if anybody else has run into the problem and have hey found a solution ?
I've tried volume control, mic placement, reinstall,
the iphone has no echo control in the bluetooth settings like other phones so im really not sure what my next move should be.
Thanks for any help

the only thing i've found that helps a little is if you turn the 3G off.Its a big problem that the iphone has and its been going on sence the 2.0 OS came out. I cant believe apple hasnt done something about yet
Odd, with a BT headset (blueant), or with my KDC-x993 HU (with BT), I have not had any echo on either end. However, I do get echo when I am out in the boonies, without a headset, simply talking into the iPhone itself. Though I am sure that problem is something different.
