Default Body shop can't figure out light problem

I recently got my car back from the body shop, and now, the bulbs in headlight won't blink whenever I lock/unlock the car with the remote. Before I took the car to the shop, at least one of them worked.

Body shop claims that it has to be electrical problem, and wants me to bring in owner's manual. I don't have owner's manual with me right now, and I don't think it's electrical problem.

The turn signals work just fine, so does the parking light. I am not sure if the blinkers for lock/unlock are the same as the parking lights either though.

Can anyone chime in?

Ap1 or ap2? It might be just burnt out blubs. Do they work when you manually put your parking lights on? It could be that on of the filaments are burnt out? Or a fuse?

I haven't used parking lights forever so I forgot that they existed. I tried it today and they don't seem to work either. There's no light in the headlights when I turn the headlight on half-way. So I am assuming that either the fuse or the bulb is out for the parking lights. I will have them check it out next time I drop by.
