Well I pulled a set of Boston Acoustic 6.4 and 5.5 out of my Mr2 and getting ready to put them in my S. I need an opinion, first I went to boomer mcloud and they said the 6.4 would not fit and the 5.5 would, Do you think this is true, has anyone successfully installed 6.4 in the S? The magnet is quite large. Should I even bother putting in the 6.4 since they are an older generation, the 5.5 are better constructed and can handle more power. What would you do? Thanks

 

Can't comment on the 6.4s, but my 6.5s went in no problem. The only thing I had to do was make a custom mounting bracket out of MDF.
