Default Clicking noise from speaker

I've recently noticed a "clicking" noise from my passenger-side speaker when the car is on. This really started after the audio shop that installed my system (deck/components/amp/sub) relocated the crossovers under the dash. I do also get a bit of engine noise in the lines.

The shop is pretty busy as am I so I can't take it in any time soon. I thought maybe I can resolve the issue myself.

I saw that one crossover is in the kickpanel area on the passenger side. Is the power cable too close to it causing interfere?

Here's a pic:

Thanks much!

Mine was making a clicking noise as well, but only when I switched radio stations or switched the source. I figured out that a fuse in my amp was blown. Not sure if your having the same problem but might be a fuse.

The power cable could be causing the problem.

My question is....why do you have 3 different types of speaker wire?
