Default Crossover question...

Hey guys, my setup is infinity kappa perfects, 10" alphasonik sub and 2 alphasonik amps. I'm not too happy with the sound of the sub, it kinda sounds muffled and have bit of nasty "roll-off" sound. I was looking for more of a tighter and cleaner bass. So, I was wondering if I could play around with the crossover to make some of low frequency/bass come out of the speakers. Am I able to do this with my crossovers?

Here's my kappa perfects crossover..

you probably don't need to change the speaker crossover settings, but rather
ones on the amps. You want the sub amp to have a low-pass filter so it
only amplifies low frequencies, and the one for the front speakers to have
a high-pass filter so they don't get the lowest freqs. while someone with
those speakers might be able to give you better suggestions, reasonable
starting points to play around with might be sub amp low-pass set at 80hz,
main amp high-pass set at 60hz.

i would set your HPF to ~60HTZ and the LPF to ~80HTZ. The overlap should blend it all together. The HPF to the components and the LPF to the sub.
