Exclamation Cut wires from radio! Help asap!

Hey, so I have a 05 s2000 that I bought and I couldn't reach the last owner but there are cut wires from the radio. Everything works with the radio code except the sound. I'm thinking some of these wires are from the speakers! Where do they go or plug in? Oem radio. Plz help!

The three cut wires you are holding are 3 of the 4 front speaker wires. Clown probably cut them to install an amp.

Everything is plugged in where it's soposed to. I think I need a harness for a aftermarket stereo. Where can I get a stereo and harness for plug and play

The four cut wires visible in the picture - green/yellow, green/black, gray/red, and light green - are they coming out of the
blue connector, or from the car's harness? If from the connector, you need to find the other halves of the wires and reconnect.
If from the car, than I would suspect the non-standard, oversized gray and white wires taped to the harness may be new
speaker wires the previous owner ran - it's impossible to tell from the pictures.

To answer your other question - there's no harness you can buy to fix this problem, someone needs to sort out this butchered wiring.

Those are from the cars harness. The thing is last owner has aftermarket speakers in the door panels. I checked and they are focal 3 speakers and I think he had an amp in the back. Only thing left is the speakers in doors and oem radio. Do I need an amp for it to power these aftermarket speakers?

oth's answers are correct regarding the wiring/harness.

If you have aftermarket speakers, yes you should probably be using an amp. You can get away with just headunit power, but usually aftermarket speakers are less efficient which means you need more power for them to play loud enough. Get a shop that knows what they're doing to install it.

ok, next question:
The larger-gauge wires taped to the connector harness (looks like white/red, white, and two gray) appear to be spliced to
wires coming out of the connector, What color wires (from the connector) are going into that splice? Don't need to know
which is connected to which specifically right now.

Also, I assume you can't see the harness end of those cut wires - you should poke around under the dashboard and see if he
pulled them from the harness to connect to them under there. You're looking for the green/yellow, green/black, gray/red, and light green
wires either hanging loose, or spliced to other wires.

Yea some of them were spliced to other wires and some of them were just hanging there so I have no idea if they are soposed to be connected or not
