The metal mounting brackets that screw into the side of the deck and into the black plastic mounting cage thing is what I'm assuming you're asking about? I had to order them through Amayama https://www.amayama.com/en since they are able to order OEM parts from Honda directly there in Japan.
Correct, the metal brackets that screw into the side of the deck. I forgot about Amayama hopefully they still have them in stock. I usually have good luck with https://www.blackhawkjapan.com/en-us

Got a hold of the head unit brackets but it’s going to be a month till they arrive from Japan. Currently struggling with the JDM bezel, haven’t moved to heat for molding it yet. It’s obviously not meant for our cars and trying to squeeze it in is distorting the vinyl.

I’m glad I have a test piece to work on since the opening had to be clearances further to the drivers side. You have the three tabs on the top of the bezel which center it.

yeah from what I researched here it seems like with a heat gun you can reshape it enough to sort of fit but I'm thinking it will still look aimed towards the right side because it isn't symmetrical side to side.

Although we may not have much choice, I am still going to see if a 3d printing shop can scan the RHD one, flip it digitally and print a LHD version but that might not look factory either so I am still going to try to find a plastic mold place that could possibly do the same sort of flip.

I’ll start asking around my local 3d scanning facilities as well. I mocked up the new screen and the angle isn’t an issue, how it lungs up with the contour of the dash is what bothers me.

I drill a few small holes on the sides and use some zip ties to really ziptie the bezel in. It holds flush and the zipties were completely hidden. See pics on post #390

You can kind of see how the OEM is inset a bit in the image below (ignore the top middle lol). I took a look at yours and it appears to overlap and has some slight gaps compared to what the OEM JDM dashboards have. To be honest, I don't think we can get that nice flush fit with the RHD bezels due to the shape, having the bezel overlap the vinyl till a LHD one is created might be the way to go in the mean time.

A mess...

All cleaned up. Alpine ILX-W650 installed. Its 3" or so depth so no air duct cutting.

JDM bezel fits good...no gap.

The original radio location now holds an empty single din pocket for storage. Perfect for phone.

Yeah if you look at the JDM dash with the bezel removed, it looks like around the edge of the dash hole, the foam padding is removed/missing around the edge a bit which allows the bezel to sit more flush into the dash. I didn't realize this until I'd already cut the hole so I may end up just buying another blue dashboard if I really want to make it look 100% perfect.

Just an update, the JDM bezel won’t sit flush even if you cut it perfect. We really need to have a new one made since the right side of the bezel swoops outward to match the contour or the RHD dashboard. You can see it here on my test dashboard.

You can see the gap even with the mounting post sitting flush. The left side inks into the dash…

Yeah that's kind of what I was saying about using a heat gun as probably not being a viable solution since as you confirmed as well - the shape across the front of the bezel is not symmetrical or equal width so even if you use heat to bend the general bezel frame to fit LHD, the sweeps on either side won't be flush or angle correctly.

My preference of course would be to have some kind of plastic mold made which is a LHD mirror of the Japan-only RHD piece but I have no idea where to even find a place to do that, and I'm just assuming if it were an American company we'd be looking at $10,000's to have the mold made let alone a run of them created.

I think someone else is working on getting the RHD bezzel 3D scanned to create a mirrored copy. I've been inquiring as well and the first local company came back at $650 just for the scan. Got a few more quotes pending but doubt I'll have the spare time or cash to start this any time soon.
