I am sure its posted elsewhere but I had this same issue burned a bunch of fuses, checked all my wiring and nothing was grounding out. It turns out it was one of my lighting relays. The car has two of them one I believe for each side. Autozone had one in stock and I replaced the one that had went bad and all my problems were gone. In case you dont know the replays are located under the hood on the left hand side fuse box.

You may need to remove the cluster, its probably the bulb behind the gauge cluster. Mine blew out on the RPM.

Takes a little over 30 minutes to get behind the gauge if your good with your hands.

FYI -- I had this problem on my MY06 S2000 caused by circuit overload while towing a trailer. On the '06 the 10A fuse is #18, not #23 and is marked "Small Light" in the owners manual.
