Default tail lights out. no fuse? emergency!!

I got pulled over tonight. I had no idea why until the officer said my tail lights were out.

When I got home, I checked the fuses (BOTH under the hood AND under the driver's dash. There is NO fuse labeled taillight. There is "small light" and "acg" but none of those are out. Also, i noticed the dash lights are out around the radio and HVAC controls, but the instrument panel works.

PLEASE help! BTW, brake and reverse lights work.

I couldn't find any info in the manual regarding the fuse for the tail lights, but I'd definitely check the dash lights fuse.

I am looking at the schematic for a 00-03:

Check fuse No.23 in the under-dash fuse/relay box. It feeds current to an under dash fuse/relay for the tailights.

If the fuse is good, check for juice at the relay, or pull it/ pop it back in, tap on it, etc.
