I wanna change my stock head unit. i was looking at a local shop and found the Sony CDX-7705X. There is a link to a site selling it:

Can i hook this up to the dash control?

If not do you have any suggestions what head units we can install, and use the dash controls?

Also, 2005 Alpine HUs will probably be compatible with our dash controls.
