Default DCI install problem

Hi there i got a new DCi witt the harness today connected all wires but the thing refuses to work, i have a jvc headunit about a year old, i have chnaged the dip settings and installed all wires but it refuses to work.

My stereo is fully connected to the inside walls by this i mean grounding, but i cant see that doing any difference.

Are there any fuses i should check, the stereo wrks fine just the dasj controls refuse to work

any experts?

When I first got my Modifry DCI, it didn't work either... when I felt the DCI after trying to get it to work, it was very hot. Apparently a chip on the circuit board shorted out, and Modifry replaced it for free.

When I got mine it didn't work either... if you have a camera or video camera look at the IR emitter while pressing the vol- button repeatedly... if you can see the IR light (through the camera's display) then it may be something else... if it's not outputting everything then double check your wires at the DCI and contact Modifry.

Mine was replaced promptly.
