do a search on this topic, you might find something useful. from what i read, not only its quite difficult its also illegal unless you received approval from highway safety. seem like its a job for the pros.

If you call American Honda they are required by law to provide you with an aproved defeat switch since the car has no safe seat to carry an infant or child seat. You might want to give that a try first.
