Hi there,

could somebody please give me the dimensions of the basket and/or the max speaker dimensions that can be put in the basket. I am interested in changing the stock speakers.

It would be much appreciated.

Thanks

J

I posted dimensions of the largest speaker that will fit if you cut out the rear of the basket (just the small disk on the back, not the whole rear), if that helps you any. I'll have to make some more measurements and add in those for the basket itself.

You have to remove the entire door panel, but it's not a difficult job...consider it removing the veneer of a door. The panel is held on by plastic clips that pop in and out with just a tug, and it comes off in one piece.

I'll be working late every day this week (big projects), so don't expect new measurements to show up on my webpage for at least that long.

I'll be tearing a few things apart this weekend, so I hope to have some useful info by Monday.
