Default Does bluetooth music work with stock controls?

I'm looking at getting a bluetooth headunit to stream my music from my iPhone. Reason being I'm getting a tomtom cradle that uses the iPhone cable for power.

Are there headunits out there that allow the stock controls to change track etc on the iphone through bluetooth?

If you are streaming though bluetooth, you will have to control everything from the ipod.

Depends on whether or not your head unit supports AVRCP.

I have a Pioneer CD-BTB200 Bluetooth Adapter added to an older pioneer radio (DEH-6700 I believe). The unit is not bluetooth ready, but does have the IP-Bus port, and it works fine for streaming my iPhone 4. I can change music on the iPod or Pandora with the dash controls. The only thing is, since it isn't Bluetooth ready, it doesn't show the text from phone calls or music on the display. Audio-wise it works beautifully.
