Default Does the Helm Service manual show wiring diagrams for the stereo?

Anyone have one of these? Or is the schematics for the electrical stuff only in the Electronics Troubleshooting manual?

The Helms has everything. What exactly do you need to know?

I'm doing my own audio upgrades, so I need to figure out what the best way to connect and route stuff. I'm gonna order the service manual, just wondering if I should also order the Electrical Troubleshooting manual too. Does the service manual show enough details to do audio upgrades?

No. The Helms show you how to fix STOCK equipment....the very equipment you are removing. The only thing, system wise that the Helms will help you, is taking out the headunit....and if you need help on that, you shouldnt be doing your own install.

Anyway, what do you need to route, I can tell you how to route almost any wire, without any problems.

I'm putting in rear speakers and building my own mounting similar to the spods, using the stock HU. There's a 4-pin connector in the '04 that is used for the headrest speakers that I'll tap into.

Dont waste your money on the manual for THAT reason. There are about 30 guys here who can help you with that.
