I need to add DRL on my 03 s2000. The reason I need to do this is because the Canadian Law requires this feature.

Before I purchase this, I have 1 question: Can Honda dealers activate this feature through there computer? I heard certain cars can be activated.

I would like to get the HAMSAR 45060 DRL module. I can not seem to find this module anywhere.

Any helpful links to order this would be appreciated.
